Feasibility Analysis of Patchouli Farming Business In Burana Village, Tabulahan District, Mamasa Regency

Patchouli has begun to be widely cultivated by farmers in Burana Village with its easy cultivation and offer a promising profit. This study aims determine whether or not it is feasible develop patchouli farming business this area. Quantitative research used anlyze farm costs, profits, income, return cost ratio (R/C), capital productivity (n/C) break-even point analysis (BEP). The results showed that the average area of farmers' land 47.22 acres, so production on Rp. 23,521,073, revenue obtained 30,486,379, then profit for each respondent 6,965,306, R/C 1.3 because value greater than 1, feasible. π/C 0.29 indicates profitable where additional 100 29 (29%). volume 53,458 kg, meaning at kg product number 53,456 below figure 69.998 kg. Analysis 336,025 shows still market price 439,995, means profitable.
